iOS 5: Adding the date to Notification Center

If anyone is interested in a version that you can customize, here's a quick and dirty script I wrote. Just need to enter the name of your calendar and how many days you want to add at the top.

set calendarName to "Todays Date"
set totalDaysToAdd to 365

repeat with i from 0 to totalDaysToAdd
	set theDate to (current date) + (i * days)
	set formattedDate to weekday of theDate & ", " & month of theDate & " " & day of theDate & ", " & year of theDate as text
	tell application "iCal"
		tell calendar calendarName
			make new event at end with properties {summary:formattedDate, start date:theDate, allday event:true}
		end tell
	end tell
end repeat
