I think you can use the free Fontforge app to do the same thing.

FontForge can make this kind of modification. In the menu bar, go to Element > Font Info > PS Names (and/or TTF Names as appropriate) and change the corresponding values. Remember to "save as" instead of "save" if you're working on the original.

FontForge is in MacPorts if you're looking for a no-hassle install. Maybe other package managers as well.

It's also in <a href="">Fink</a>. When you install FontForge, it even creates a clickable app for you in /sw/Applications.
