apple and option keys reversed
Authored by: DavidMaxWaterman on Oct 06, '02 06:12:44AM

Yeah, the logitech driver and keyboard is pretty nice. I've had one for a few months now.

The only complaint I have is that the apple(windows) and option keys are reversed on the keyboard, and when I swap between my apple keyboard and the logitech one, I keep hitting the wrong one.

It would be nice for the driver to have an option to soft-swap there keys...

Max.

PS. I think it's these two keys, but I don't have access to the logitech keyboard at the moment (on vacation and the keyboard are at home).

The keys are reversed until you install the Logitech Control Center, but with that installed they un-reverse.

P.S.: If you do have LCC installed and you still have the keys reversed, open LCC from your System Preferences and control click on the picture of the keyboard. It should present a menu that includes Keyboard Layout with a submenu giving you a choice between Windows and Mac. Make sure it's set to Mac.
