Remove a floating menu bar from full-screen Flash videos
Authored by: Fofer on Mar 27, '11 11:28:42AM

I noticed this issue specifically when I'd installed the 64-bit version of Flash (called "Square" Preview.)

To work around it, I found (and grew quite fond of) a slick utility called MegaZoomer:

It relies on SIMBL, but works quite well with no side-effects I've found. It's nice to be able to make ANY app go fullscreen, quickly hiding the menubar and dock... mentally preparing for this iOS-inspired feature to arrive on MacOS with Lion later this year.

When Flash 10.3 release came out, I installed that instead, and now don't experience this issue quite nearly as much. I kept MegaZoomer installed just because I really like the feature.
