Confirm to Quit Google Chrome

There is also a "commandline" way of doing this, and it is much more versatile. With this command you set Command-Shift-Q to "Quit Google Chrome".
defaults write com.google.Chrome NSUserKeyEquivalents -dict-add 'Quit Google Chrome' '@$Q'
I have set this for Safari as well as for Mail, and ....
defaults write com.apple.Safari NSUserKeyEquivalents -dict-add 'Quit Safari' '@$Q'
defaults write com.apple.Mail NSUserKeyEquivalents -dict-add 'Quit Mail' '@$Q'
You have to find out the app's identifier and the exact wording of the Quit menu, then you're lucky. Please quit the respective app before running the command. This hint was already posted in 2003 in a slightly different syntax.
