Make Internet Sharing DHCP work with an Xbox/Xbox 360
Ok guys so I tried following the entire thing step-by-step and it continues to tell me that the /tmp/bootpd.plist file doesn't exist...yes I'm sure I did steps 1-3 correctly with turning internet sharing on and off and inputting the terminal command but it keeps repeating the message. I realize now that I run Snow Leopard on my Macbook Pro and I'm wondering if maybe that has something to do with it??? I've been at this for hours and different sites and all have failed me. Please respond if you have any insight as to what I may be doing wrong or I may be missing. Or even if there's a different process for Snow Leopard. I would greatly appreciate your help on this matter as it's slowly deriving me of my sanity.

Sorry to post to an old thread but for anyone else having the problem opening /bootpd.plist then as stated above simply type open -e /tmp/bootpd.plist |
