Fix slow Internet video on iPad

I doubt this has anything to do with the iPad; you're just seeing network problems and the iPad is a victim. Some DSL/cable modems cannot properly handle an NAT router. They were originally designed for a single network device (or very few), and a NAT router fires up too many TCP sessions for the modem to properly handle. The more devices on the network, the harder the router pushes on the modem. Using a bridge-mode router helps, because the modem controls all the sessions without getting "surprised" by the router's requests. I had seen this happen with DSL modems a few years ago, but I have not seen the problem with modems in the past few years.
