Opera Mobile seems a weird choice for this. It does all its rendering remotely and then downloads static pages in a compressed format. It has a lot of rendering issues. Either Atomic Web Browser or iCab Mobile would be better choices — they render using webkit just like Safari, but allow you to change the user agent.

I'm a big fan of Atomic myself; and I believe they have a free lite version.
