Filters complicate the matter...
Authored by: robg on Sep 27, '02 04:33:05PM

I have rules which sort most, but not all, of my mail out of my inbox into my "On My Mac" folders. Very little mail remains in my inbox when the filters are done. If everything's working right, the only things left in the inbox are actual emails from actual people sent directly to me :-).

So I'd need to click on the "On My Mac" folder and the "Inbox" folder to see everything in their sub-folders ... but most of the time, I don't want all of it; I just want (for example) the three OS X lists and not the other lists. Command-click is perfect for this.
