Using QuickTime 10 as a mirror
You can use iChat for the mirror effect. Click on a video icon or select Video Preview from the Video menu.
need iGlasses for the true mirror effect
Huh, I really didn't even notice the not-a-mirror part. I was just amazed to have a full-screen view. The iChat and Photo Booth methods give you a tiny window. I had cut myself shaving and didn't realize how badly till at work. I wanted to see without walking down the hall to a bathroom. The full-screen view allowed that.
