Yes... but no ordinary Windows user would want to read HFS+ disks would they. The only people who want this, are those who run OS X anyway....

Or a publisher, or a print shop, or a CD mastering service, or DVD mastering service... in fact, any business with a need to read files held on HFS+ formatted removeable storage could benefit from following this and not buying a Mac.
