10.6: Get window previews in the OS X Dock

I used Dockview; I like it. For those who've complained that the preview windows are too small, note that you can adjust the size in the Dockview preferences.

Expose is nice, especially if you use Better Touch Tool to attach a gesture to Expose. However, Expose has what is, for me, a fatal flaw. I like to keep most applications hidden when I am not using them and Expose does not show the hidden windows!! This is inexplicable and just wrong, since I may want to switch to an application whether it is hidden or not.

Does anyone know a way to force Expose to show hidden windows?

Curious, have you used Spaces at all? For me, Spaces has really eliminated the need to constantly be hiding applications to keep your workspace clean. The trick is to assign all the apps you use regularly to specific spaces, that way, the system pretty much organizes itself. You don't get 10 applications cluttering up the Desktop, and you don't have to worry about manually hiding and revealing applications.
