10.6: Get window previews in the OS X Dock

This is a good tip, because if there is a lot of spaces configured, you can close some window without going to the specific space.

I have a question: Is there an app to reallocate or reorganize all windows in a space to be all visible, in other words, reorganize all windows without one overlap another? Like exposť, but "physically" with the windows.

Thanks

I wrote a script that offers some of this functionality - it's here.
It doesn't work in all apps (particularly ones with floating windows), but I still get a lot of use out of it.
