Easy quitting of multitasking apps in iOS 4

Hey, folks, at least part of the reason to post these things is to see if anyone has a better way to share.

We do know that a simple restart of the device does not seem to purge the apps from the multitasking drawer. Perhaps an app like iStat will show if the processes are really still active, and what resources are being consumed.

An easy way to see what apps are running is with SBSettings on a jailbroken phone. This also allows you to quit background apps while leaving their position in the quick launch bar intact.
