Easy quitting of multitasking apps in iOS 4
What is the other method? I only ever used that one
Easy quitting of multitasking apps in iOS 4
@karlnospam: i, too, had the same reaction and question that you did. however, after rereading and rereading the post (i won't call it a "hint," because it's not one), i think it was simply worded poorly:
delight1 wrote: "Apple made it quite easy and intuitive to quit out of apps in iOS 4; however I have not seen this method mentioned anywhere." the way it's worded implies that there was already an "easy and intuitive" method (method A) and that there's another method (method B) that the poster hadn't seen mentioned anywhere. but i don't think that's what he/she meant. first of all, as far as we know, the described method is the only method of quitting apps, and it's not "easy" at all, which makes this post all the more confusing. delight1's statement would have been clearer, had he/she worded it like this: "Apple made it quite easy and intuitive to quit out of apps in iOS 4; however I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere." (while i disagree with the statement, i believe this wording more accurately states what delight1 intended to convey.) |
