Set iCal time to 24-hour format
Authored by: RMo on Aug 16, '10 02:14:22PM

How is this not intuitive? If you can't find it in Help, you can search for it in System Preferences. It's exactly where all the other similar settings are. "This may change the time display format for things other than iCal in the process." You think? It's a system preference.

You can search for lots of things... or you can come here and find a helpful hint now and then that you'd never have imagined (plus a handful of whiners complaining it's not a hint).

I'm grateful for the hints.

I am with you there, osxpounder ... why are the whiners even here? Nobody forced them to read the hint.

I found the hint very useful even if the "Format" tab is now called "Region" ... it got me started and I found the place to change it ... thank you so much.

Intuitive would have been to place a 24-hour button or something similar in the preferences of the application in question.
