Create Smart Folders in Dock Stacks with Hazel

Some tweaks to make it look better:

There's a hint on here to remove the shortcut icons from Aliases. This gives it a more "authentic" smart folder look.

For some applications, the alias initially shows up as a grey icon with the scored-out-circle in the center, aka, the no-smoking sign type thing. A killall Dock shell command fixes that. I have added a rule to Hazel to send a shell command 'killall Dock' after creating the alias. It's not as annoying as I thought it might be and it works pretty well.
