I have 9.1.1 (12) but playback is changing last modified date

You're the first I've heard of seeing that -- a handful of folks have said that it does, indeed, stop the modification date change. (And that's what I'm seeing here, as it was changing before, and now it's not.)

I have the problem too. 9.1.1(12) changes the last modification date when playing AAC songs.

I'm having the same problem with (12) running iTunes in MacOSX Snow Leopard, it keeps updating files everytime i sync my iphone/ipod with the convert on the fly to 128kpbs acc option. is there a way to fix it?
