Make the Lexmark Z22 printer work with OS X 10.5.8

I can find no reason that the hpijs package of drivers needs to be installed for this to work. The lxm3200-tweaked PPD uses the Ghostscript built in dfevice lxm3200. The hpijs driver is never called from this PPD.

You will need both the Ghostscript and Foomatic-RIP packages however.

The user should also remove the following line from the PPD--

*cupsFilter: "application/vnd.cups-pdf 0 foomatic-rip"

This can cuase problems especially with OS X 10.6.x and prevent some job options such as landscape printing from being recognized.
