The correct command for installing the theme switcher is

sudo port install gtk2-chteme

running

gtk2-chteme

note the 2 after gtk2

Errr, no. Wrong. It's gtk-chtheme. The package is named "gtk-chtheme", and making it reveals a binary named "gtk-theme". I just checked (and you didn't). Besides, why would you add a '2' and drop an 'h'?
