Extract a complete ISO from an encrypted DVD

Thanks for this. A couple of years ago I started using a HD media server to watch most of my movies and to keep space down, I sometimes convert the DVDs to another format. I was just about to delete Fairmount because I downloaded it once and couldn't remember why or how it worked. I've always used Mac the Ripper though it hasn't always worked successfully. OT: Just curious; Why am I getting a notice that "New users' comments are held for human review to prevent comment spam."? I've been posting here for years.

Which version? MTR 4 has worked flawlessly for me and supports ISO image output. I had more failures when testing Fairmount relatively recently, especially with newer titles.

There are too many variables to claim any single ripping software/method is clearly superior for everyone. What works reliably for some people will find a way to fail for others. When one app fails it's convenient to have others to try.
