I applied the new patches to 8.0.6 and got iMovie stuck on the spinner. Looking in the Console revealed the following complaints:

4/14/10 8:17:59 PM kernel CODE SIGNING: cs_invalid_page(0x16c000): p=28930[iMovie] clearing CS_VALID
4/14/10 8:18:35 PM iMovie[28930] *** +[NSCFString cancelUserAttentionRequest:]: unrecognized selector sent to class 0xa044347c
4/14/10 8:18:36 PM iMovie[28930] Cannot remove an observer for the key path "writeableValidVolumes" from because it is not registered as an observer.

Code signing? Are our days of patching iMovie over? Or did I just get the patch wrong?

This is on 10.5.8, MCC Dual G4 1.25.

Personally, I applied the patch on an iBook G4, and it worked as usual.

You could always try to apply the patch again...
