10.6: Take advantage of automatic Screen Sharing shortcuts

10.5 users may be interested to know that vncloc shortcuts can be added to ~/Library/Favorites when you connect to the host in the Finder's Go/cmd-K window by typing vnc://hostname and click on the "+" add icon.

The vncloc files in ~/Library/Favorites and the folder itself can be used in the ways described in the hint and editor's note (drag to dock, use with keyboard launcher, etc).

You can also make a bookmark in Safari with the syntax "vnc://hostname" as the address. This will get picked up by Spotlight as a "web page" and will launch Screen Sharing when selected from Spotlight's results.

Users of JollyFastVNC (a superb VNC client) can use the Safari bookmark method by changing the protocol to "jfvnc://"
