10.6: Run FreeHand in Snow Leopard
Authored by: DOESBURGDESIGN on Jan 26, '10 01:21:37PM

I have been using FH for years, and have installed and used the latest versions. But have gone back to the best combination of FH 10.4.9, with Tiger 10.4.11. I have a new Imac 27" running snow leopard, but this creates an issue with the import window in fh, where it defaults to a small size, so that every time you import you have to drag it bigger - can't seem to get around it - very annoying, as you can imagine how often you use it.

Also, can't seem to find software that displays WYSIWYG fonts in FH with Snow Leopard - was using You Control Fonts - really excellent, worked really well in Tiger. Now in the text window you get a complete list of the fonts without see them graphically.

Was hoping to get the 27" to run on Tiger, but it won't. Didn't like FH MX for it's rediculous grouping and outline app feature.

So, still working happily on the previous latest model Imac 24, just want bigger and faster - as always! the 27" is sitting there gathering dust!
