TechTool Pro also comes with a defrag utility, which will accomplish the same thing. Of course if you are planning to use the active boot partition as your source for the Boot Camp partition, you must run it from the install DVD, or from a second drive, or a second computer in FireWire target mode, or from TTP's eDrive.
