Hide less-important alarmed reminder events in iCal
Authored by: JSimonian on Nov 11, '09 08:19:22PM

I use an app for my iPhone called "CalTodo" to sync my tasks between my MBP and my iPhone. I've been very happy with it so far. Hope this helps!

Bummer... I was gonna try it but it's no longer available. Apparently Apple rejected the developer's latest version and never told him/her why.

I've been using one called iPronto. It pretty much reproduces the iCal tasks functionality, but on your iPod Touch/iPhone. It could use a little more polish on the interface (syncing has to be initiated manually, and takes more taps than I think it should), but the developer responded positively to my suggestions, so maybe that will improve. Plus, you can set it up such that you can sync from anywhere with an Internet connection, instead of only when you on the same local network as your Mac, and it is less expensive than some of the other options I've found on the App Store.

However, a recent addition called 2Do may get me to switch, once a few updates are made to it. It's interface looks awesome. I am just waiting to see if a few features I want will be implemented, and then I may switch to it.
