Faster three-finger swipe navigation of PDFs in Preview

Meh, the sliding animation isn't really a problem. If scroll speed is really your concern, just set the display to single or two-page (not continuous) and use your scrollwheel (or two finger swipe up/down), as it's faster than either of these methods.

It's not just scroll speed. If you looking at a presentation slides in a pdf where each page adds a bullet point to the slide, you want to switch from page to page without animation so you can easily see what changes slide-to-slide.

And if you are on an older computer that has difficulty showing animation, my way may very well be faster than even regular scrolling.
