10.6: Easily save QuickTime movies from web sites

I locate the video's url in Safari's Activity window (cmd-opt-a). It's usually the largest file on the page—MBs not KBs, and still loading when I find it. I click to highlight the file, then copy (cmd-c), open the Downloads window (cmd-opt-L) and paste (cmd-v). Voilà, instant-ish video download.

Sometimes double-clicking the video url in the Activity window downloads the file, sometimes not. I'm unsure why, but it may have to do with file type.
