10.6: Easily save QuickTime movies from web sites

I'm not sure how this works, quite honestly: if it is a plugin in Safari, then Command-S is already being used by Safari, and pushing this combination would make Safari prompt you to save the web page. For example if you use ClickToFlash to force YouTube to give you mp4 files instead of regular flash plugin, you'll get QTx plugin frame, and Command-S would make Safari prompt you to save the page, not the video.

If you open just a video file by going to it directly from Safari - then, again, Command-S doesn't seem to work either (nor does Safari's Command-S combo).
