10.6: Avoid relaunching System Preferences in 32-bit mode

This also allows you to enable the screen saver, Fracture (version 1.4), which you cannot enable in 64-bit mode. The test mode works well. However, when you actually run it you get the following error:
You cannot run the Fracture screen saver with this version of the Mac OS X.
Please contact the vendor to get a newer version of the screen saver.

So it looks like making System Preferences run in 32-bit mode fails to detect at least one incompatibility which will cause trouble later. Their website at http://www.sticksoftware.com/software/Fracture.html doesn't list a later version yet. I just checked.
