Close Safari window without confirmation

To find more of such shortcuts: press the modifier keys (Shift, Control, Option) while looking at the menus.

You'll see the dots (indicating some confirmation before something happens) disappear for, for example, Private Browsing. (Just like with Restart, Shutdown and Log Out in the Apple menu.) In many applications you'll see ⌘W Close Window change into ⌥⌘W Close All Windows, just like ⌘M Minimize into ⌥⌘ Minimize All, or in Safari ⌘D Add Bookmark into ⇧⌘D Add Bookmark to Menu. And so on.
