Use Safari to create numbered duplicates of files

It's OK to compare, to make suggestions. One way of doing it is seldom the only way, or the best way. That's how I feel about it. No need to view one as "better" than the other. Both are good.

I'm glad to know of each. Some users might prefer one, some the other.

For me, any way that involves less mouse use is good, for example. Tom H's tip, below, is probably good for Tom and for many others.

I prefer to Copy and Paste with the keyboard. I also like to have a tool that renames files in batches, when possible.
