Set preview frame during QuickTime movie export

The Finder also uses the poster frame as the preview picture. In order to set a poster frame in a QuickTime movie, you go to a part of the movie that you like, pause the movie, and select "Set Poster Frame" from the View menu. Then you save. But: QuickTime remembers the cursor position when you save, so you might want to you move the cursor to the beginning of the movie before you save.
