What is this, Windows? It was never a two-step process to begin with. You have a document in Mail/Finder/iPhoto/Safari/Firefox, you drag it out of the program you're in, and onto the dock icon of Yojimbo. Or into the Yojimbo main window or sidebar. Done.

Yes, the fact that Yojimbo appeared in the "Open With..." menu for PDFs should have been the first clue that you can also drag-and-drop PDFs on to Yojimbo's icon or window.

Really, why is this a hint? You can directly control-click the attachment icon from Mail.app and get the "Open with" submenu.
