Yeah, science is sure creepy...
What IS creepy are all the Kool-Aid Algore followers that deny real science.
Glaciers have been melting for 10's of 1000's of years, BTW.
Not going to ruin this thread - sorry to see he died, and these days, 66 is young.
Also like the way the family and he kept it low-key and didn't use it to further some cause or another.
RIP

PS - I worked in the geosciences for 13 years at UCLA, so I'm not pulling my 2¢ out of may backside...

Thank you, I know the difference between thermodynamics and "thermal dynamics." Re-read my post, and if you're still confused let me know and I'll explain the difference to you.
