LiteSwitch is overridden :-(
Lite Switch, which is my preferred app-switcher, seems unable to wrest Command-Tab from the dock. In 10.1 it was able to intercept the command-tab combo before the dock, and thus do its thing. No longer, in Jaguar. I can config it for other key-combos, but I like Cmd-Tab. And LiteSwitch supports Command Shift as a reverse-order switch command, which the dock does not. :-(

Bullshit.

No need for profanity...and I'm not sure what you're questioning? LiteSwitch X's behavior, or command-tab in 10.1.x vs. 10.2?
LiteSwitch is overridden :-( - this key combo works in the dock too!
Yup, the Command-Shift-Tab thingy'doo does indeed switch apps "backwards" in the dock. Go Apple.

Yeah, I really don't think they'd do away with that.
Reading for comprehension
Note that he said "Command Shift", not "Command Shift Tab" - once you'd hit Command-Tab you could drop your pinkie down to the shift key from tab and cycle backwards. Not having to hit three keys when two is surprisingly handy when your right hand is on the mouse.

A few users on VT have said the same thing; hopefully the author will release a compatible version.

I have LiteSwitch set for Option-Tab anyway. |
