Use Gmail Labs to remove 'All Mails' folder from Mail.app

If Gmail was the last item in your sidebar that was getting in your way, and you have folders under "On My Mac", removing the Gmail heading will also flatten your "On My Mac" stuff, and you won't be able to use the toggle triangle to collapse those folders out of view. I fixed this by adding an RSS feed, which adds the RSS triangle toggle header, and brings back the ability to collapse "On My Mac". It seems Mail.app assumes if you have nothing else in the sidebar, then it's obvious the "On My Mac" folders are indeed on my Mac, and removes the header.

If you map your IMAP accounts correctly, each Inbox, Junk, Sent, Drafts, and Trash will contain a folder for each IMAP account. Glad to finally get rid of that All Mail bugger.
