Use Gmail Labs to remove 'All Mails' folder from Mail.app

The Labs Tab is not available in languages other than english. But you can enable it by switching to english temporarily. Just go to the Settings page, General (or whatever it is called in your language, "Allgemein" for example in german). Change the language to "English (US)", save. Now you should see the "Labs" tab on the left. Now follow the hint above. Afterwards you can go back to General and change the language back to where it was before.
The "show in IMAP" is still available in Labels, it's even localized (at least in german, which I tested).

Caution: It's a good idea to quit Mail.app before changing languages, because google will change the names of the folders according to your language. This can get Mail.app confused (at least it did in my case, which caused mail to start downloading thousands of messages again).
