Disable ssh access for password-guessing bots

There are a few problems with this:

1. The "chmod" command needs to be called "chown" instead.

2. The text for the plist file can't be used directly that way, at least not in OS 10.5.5, because it contains illegal characters, such as "&" and ">".
To fix this, replace the "&&" with "&&" and "if (count[ip] > 15) {" with "if (count[ip] > 15) {"

Not sure if that's all, but at least now the instructions work. Remains to see if it works.

OK, it appears to work. I've "attacked" my ssh server with a few different user names and now my IP is blocked in ipfw.
