An easy way to identify specific docked document icons

Nice hint. Sometimes I just grab an almost random icon from a collection of downloaded ones. So, short term, I can handle remembering that jean's draft letter is the monkey-head, but the folder with fred's latest project is the bar of chocolate.

I tend to go for long file names, too: I will gladly use a really long file name like "ellen's ideas right before matthew called but after i had a chance to explain my dislike of the new vending machine lobby sofa ca 09-15-08 12-45 PM", or even select the file in Finder, do Cmd-l to make an alias, and rename the alias "this is where I left off 09-15-08 12-46 PM".

Oh, and I let TextExpander type all the dates/times for me. Each consistent, and very quick.
