Create Acer Aspire One recovery USB drive on a Mac
Authored by: MrMcTosh on Sep 04, '08 07:18:16AM

Re-booting your (Intel)Mac whilst holding down the 'C' key will force the Mac to boot from it's DVD drive. The Acer Aspire One installation DVD will boot, and will allow you to create a USB restore image. Be aware that if you're using a Macbook/pro you'll need to plug in an external mouse as the trackpad isn't recognised by the version of Linux used for the installation DVD
