cute, but...
ctrl-d and the command "logout" also exit single-user mode. i'm guessing that the "reboot" command actually reboots the machine, so any of these methods ("bye bye" (which I question, since there's a space in it), "logout" or ctrl-d) would be a lot faster than a full reboot.
cute, but...
Maybe the command is just "bye." That's an old, common "exit" type of command.
cute, but...
I've used "exit" since 10.1.2....
cute, but...
True. Since I'm on a Tibook rebooting is a daily thing.
cute, but...
Not only from 10.1.5!
cute, but...
why do you have to reboot your TiBook daily?
cute, but...
I do not have a Tbook, and I do not need to reboot daily (never said so), but I DO run some unix commands in su mode sometimes, and then I have to go back to Aqua....
