iPhone remembers volume for headphones and speakers
I'm pretty sure this only has to do with specific types of headphones. For example, if I plug in a stereo cable, any other standard stereo cable does the same thing. However, if use the iphone standard headphones, or perhaps another type of headphones that also have a microphone, it sees that as a different cable and uses a different volume. It doesn't remember for absolutely every cable you have, but it's still very useful, especially when I have to turn it up in my car but turn it down when I use headphones. |
