The latest Xtools 1.0.2 does not cause any installation problems on a clean install of OS X. The only people who have had problems (just two that we know of including Wolf) had previous (beta) versions of Mac OS X installed before they updated to OS X Final and then further updated to 10.0.1. In cases where people installed Mac OS X on a reformatted partion, the installation of Xtools is flawless, even over a previous beta of Xtools. Again, we apologize for the Apple Installer's penchant for deleting major directories. We think this is all behind us now and our customers are begining to talk about Xtools itself and not the previous installer issues.
