Display just one calendar quickly Apps
Sometimes I want to quickly disable all calendars and to display just one, for example, to see upcoming birthdays in month view.

Calendar Help says:

"To show or hide the events on all calendars, hold down the Command key while you click any calendarís checkbox in the Calendar list."

But if you hold Command and Option, then click a calendar, you achieve exactly what I want: this hide all other calendars except the one you want to see. You can then Command-click another calendar to show them all again.

Thanks!

The calendar selection is also honored when printing. That is only the displayed calendars will be printed. I often just want to print one (or two) calendars.

This is will help a lot!

You might want to fix that "⌘" in the article. :-)

Alright, so I have a ton of calendars, and about half of them are intentionally hidden at one time or another. I was hoping that this hint would give me a way to reduce to one calendar and then go back to the previously visible/selected calendars, but alas no - it doesn't work that way. Anyone know how to show just one calendar and then go back to the group of calendars that were previously checked? That would be awesome.

Rob
