One click access in Safari to iCloud mail Web Browsers
In Safari when I want to check my iCloud mail, it's usually in two steps:

First: I open iCloud.com in Safari. Second: Click Mail icon in iCloud, and I have my e-mail messages.

Now I can do this in just one step:

If I instead bookmark https://www.icloud.com/#mail in Safari's Bookmarks bar, I can go straight to the Mail inbox in iCloud with just one click. Almost like accessing a Gmail account.

This is also valid for Contacts, Calendar and iWork:
These shortcuts are great if you need fast access to you favorites iCloud apps.

[crarko adds: I haven't tested this one. It seems pretty straightforward.]

It works, but the anchors are lowercase and case-sensitive, i.e. #contacts and not #Contacts as the OP writes. At least this is the case (ha) in Safari 5.1.1 / 10.6.8

It seems to me that iCloud remembers what module I was in last time. Since I am rarely in anything but /#mail, when I load up icloud.com, it takes me straight back into mail (assuming that my two-week login credentials are still valid). Does anyone experience anything different? Is it taking you to a different page other than the last one you were logged-in to?

I'm always the first one to defend "obvious" hints on the site — even the most trivial of tips can be really helpful to someone — but this one gave me a good chuckle, in that it can essentially be reworded as "Bookmark a page to go there later." ;)

My thoughts exactly. In other news ... to go to Google News page, you can bookmark news.google.com instead of google.com - what a time saver!

Why use Safari when you could use Mail?

Using Safari on Windows? Or in a managed workplace environment that blocks mail client ports?

Is it possible in Safari under the File Menu to use iCloud for the "Mail Contents of This Page" function?
