Move multiple iPhone/iPod touch apps at once in iTunes 9 Apps
If you hold down the Command or Shift key while in the Applications tab for your iPhone/iPod touch in iTunes 9, you can choose multiple applications at the same time, then slide them over to a new screen on the iPhone/Touch. Finally an easier way to move multiple apps!

Minor GUI nitpick: the Shift key should allow a whole row or selection to be chosen in a contiguous manner, while the Command key should allow for non-contiguous selections. This would make the behavior consistent with the Finder.

[robg adds: Don't overlook the ability to drag entire pages, too, as noted in the short note on that screen. If folders get added in OS3.2/iTunes 9.1, app management will (finally) be basically perfect for my needs.]

I second this! And List-View could be added, too.

Folders would be great! But in the meantime, I have wanted to be able to at least arrange apps using my computer instead of on the iPod for a while though so I'm glad I can finally do that!

Folders? Not so much... Stacks? probably a better fit. A page of stacks so no app is more than 2 taps away.

I say no to folders because once you start diving down, how do you get it to go back "up" before you move "over". It's all the same thing, I'm just thinking on the user experience being "clear" so they know where they are.
