See additional device info in iTunes' Summary tab

iTunes (in version 8.1, at least) has a feature that I accidentally discovered today. If you have an iPhone plugged in (and possibly other devices and iPods), and look at the Summary tab of your device, it lists your device's Name, Capacity, Software Version, Serial Number, and in the case of an iPhone, the Phone Number of your phone.
If you click on those titles (or the text next to the titles), the information changes to show you the following:
- Software Version » Build Version
- Serial Number » UDID Identifier
- Phone Number » IMEI » ICCID
This information can also easily be gathered from the iPhone itself, but it could be handy to access this information in iTunes when you are doing a backup or the iPhone is otherwise occupied.
[robg adds: I couldn't get anything to change with my iPods (though I don't have a touch to test with), but the Apple TV's Software Version cycles to Build Number, and its Serial Number cycles to IPv4 Address. I also noticed that -- even though you can't select the UDID -- you can copy it. Just make sure the field is showing UDID, then press Command-C. Switch to another app and press Command-V, and the UDID will show up. (If you test iPhone apps, developers need your UDID to send you an ad-hoc build of their app, so this eases the process somewhat.)]
