10.5: See Title and Chapter sub-menus in DVD Player Apps
One thing missing from 10.5's DVD Player is the Navigator window, which allowed you to see the Title and Chapter info (with pop-up menus for both with direct navigation, if the disc allowed it).

This is nowhere to be found in the new DVD Player, unless you control-click on the Viewer window -- then you have access to Title and Chapter sub-menus. It's not quite as convenient as the old Navigator window, but at least you can find out where you are in a DVD (mostly useful for ripping a portion of a DVD in another program).

I quite don't get it.

If you go fullscreen and move your mouse to the top of your screen, a bar will appear with all chapters etc.
At the bottom of the screen you even have a slider now for easy navigation.
Whether in fullscreen mode or not, in the floating control panel you can see Title and Chapter.
Just click on the word "Chapter" to toggle between elapsed time, remaining time and chapter number. The same goes for clicking on "Title".

I know about the window you would get with Shift-Command-N, but what am I really missing here?
