Create ready-to-embed QuickTime Player exports Apps
I'm not sure if this is only available in QuickTime Pro (probably), but new in QuickTime Player 7.3 (in 10.4 and 10.5) is the File » Export to Web menu item. If you choose this option, the the exported movie file will be saved in a new folder which contains all you need to nicely embed the video in a web page -- you even get instructions on how to do it.

Here's an example using one of the QuickTime sample files that Apple provides on their site.
